WHAT TYPE OF MOBILE MASSAGE DO YOU PROVIDE?

The Royal Masseur provides professional mobile massages in the comfort and convenience of ones home, hotel or office.

I’M LOOKING FOR A MOBILE THERAPIST NEAR ME, WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We provide mobile massage in all the Sydney Metro areas.

With extended notice, on selected days we cover Regional Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast and as of recently Melbourne, VIC.

DO YOU DO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS?

We will try our very best to accommodate to you last minute. Although our days are booked out 7-10 days in advance so we do require some notice to plan our therapists accordingly.

WHAT IS THE ROYAL MASSEURS CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MOBILE MASSAGE?

We understand circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your upcoming booking. We uphold a strict cancellation policy with all of our services. Being a mobile service our mobile massage therapists are booked 7-10 days in advance so cancelling your appointment means our mobile massage therapists lose income and need to receive compensation for the time they have set aide for you.

Please make contact with us immediately if you need to make changes to your booking. If you reschedule your appointment within 7-10 days you will not be required to pay a cancellation fee. Your cancelled appointment can only be rescheduled once without incurring a fee.

If you cannot reschedule your appointment within 7-10 days the following cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations between 48hrs to 72hrs

25% of the total cost.

Cancellations between 24hrs to 48hrs

50% of the total cost.

Cancellations less than 24hrs

100% of the total cost.

DO YOU HAVE A CLINIC?

No we are a mobile only service.

DO YOU OFFER ANY SEXUAL SERVICES?

No we do not offer any sexual or sensual type massages.

HOW DO YOU CONDUCT A MOBILE MASSAGE HOME VISIT?

Your mobile massage therapist will arrive around 10-15 mins prior to your appointment time on the day of your booking depending on traffic. This will allow your therapist to discuss your treatment goals, set up and start on time.

Following treatment, payment is made in full via our EFTPOS machine. Following payment, you will be issued an invoice via email for you to claim your rebate.

CAN I CLAIM MY MOBILE MASSAGE BACK ON MY HEALTH FUND?

If you have private health insurance then you may be eligible for a health fund rebate depending on your fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund to check your eligibility. If you are, we don't make rebate claims on the day of the massage, although an emailed invoice will be sent for you to forward to your health care provider via their mobile app and claim your rebate.

HOW LONG DO THE IN-HOME MASSAGES GO FOR?

We offer 60 mins, 90 mins & 120 mins massages.

DO YOU OFFER ANY GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, you can purchase them via our product page.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

Please provide detailed parking information at the time of your booking. If there is no free street parking, the parking fee for the treatment time will be added to the final bill.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET A MASSAGE?

We believe regular treatments incorporated into your routine work best. We recommend every 3-4 weeks to ensure you are at optimal performance.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR MY MOBILE MASSAGE?

No we provide everything from the table, clean sheets, music, oils & tea. All we ask is if you could please maintain good hygiene prior to your treatment.
